Carniceria Vivo is an Argentinian restaurant with an open-fire kitchen, where the asador, the grill, and the oven become the stage for a gastronomic performance.
The meat theme lies at the crossroads of flesh and passion, Argentina, and tango. Despite the rather banal symbol, we tried to reanimate and reinterpret it, turning it into a new language of communication. Roses appear wherever carnal materiality and living fire reign, bringing lightness and breath. They show up on the restaurant’s tables, their petals falling onto Latin American dishes.
With their presence, the identity steps beyond the literal meat theme and acquires irony and beauty.
